2008/2009 SWPP Society Photographic Competition Awards

Just got some good news from the annual SWPP Convention in London. The SWPP run a very successful convention every year and during the year run a hugely popular Web Based image competition, they then hand out at the convention the Prints of the year in several categories. This year I was lucky enough to win the Contemporary Weddings International section with this image from Dustin & Aity's Wedding -

They also now run a 16"x20" Annual print competition which they judge at the convention.

So........I also picked up the Wedding Contemporary section, as well as the same image winning the overall Wedding Category. Congrats to all the other Aussies who entered and won, big congrats to a man I admire very much - Peter Rossi who not only won two of the portrait sections he also won the overall image of the year! Also to one of my best mates in the world Jerry Ghionis, who for those of you that know Jerry isn't happy with just one album award he had to win both!!!! Congrats Mate!
